"Overseas" Moscow Metro: Russia's fastest growing vending machine market

Moscow's subway news agency reported that in 2019, 78 new vending machines were installed in the Moscow metro.

The report pointed out that the city of Moscow installed vending machines at the intersection of 13 subway stations. In terms of the subway, it is worth noting that there are 305 automatic sales systems installed in 47 metro stations. Among them, the vending machines at Tsaritsyno, Begovaya and Trubnaya stations were the most prominent. According to the report, in the subway station, coffee, water and chocolate are the most needed goods for passengers when using vending machines.

The report also pointed out that the Moscow Metro's recent plan is to add more than 150 vending machines at 32 stations in the Moscow Metro.
